The Riviera is a commercial real estate development located in Pittsburgh’s Technology Center. This state of the art facility is fully wet-lab capable building enabling biotech and cancer research firms to conduct business in the facility. We worked with the property’s developer to brand and market the property to attract leading biotech and cancer research companies to lease space in the building.

We worked with The Riviera’s developers and leasing teams to create a bio tech-centric brand identity. This included market positioning, brand messaging, and a visual identity consisting of a logo, color palette, typography, patterns, and motion graphics.
The Riviera look book is a marketing piece designed to help the real estate brokerage promote the building and highlight its key amenities to prospective tenants. The book includes photographs of the property’s common areas, amenities, current lab builds, and its proximity to Pittsburgh’s universities and hospitals to attract top talent to new research labs. Also included are available floor plans and an entire section outlining the building’s specialized HVAC system required for web lab facilities.
Environmental graphics for The Riviera included branded vinyl leasing graphics, interior hallways graphics, building directory screens, and event welcome screens for the closed circuit televisions.
Our photo sessions at The Riviera highlight the luxury amenities within the building, including common area lounges, a café, an outdoor patio, a terrace on the fifth floor, and a fitness center.
